She has been a member and Deputy President of the Supreme People's Court of Hainan from November 2020.She assumed the office of the Intellectual Property Court of Hainan Free Trade Port in December 2020.

She received her LLB degree from the Nanchang University and obtained an on-job postgraduate degree in law from Hainan University. She successively served as deputy chief judge, chief judge and associate president of the third civil trail division and deputy director of the executive board. She has served as civil and commercial judge and is very experienced in civil and commercial trials.
Su Hui
Su Hui,Judge Level-I, Haikou Intermediate People’s Court.She received her MPA degree from Utah University and LLB from China University of Political Science and Law. She began her law career in 2002, and since then, she has heard and concluded more than 3000 cases. She was awarded Talented in Handling Cases of Hainan Courts and Merit Citation Class III and other awards many times. Many of the judgments she made were awarded Outstanding Judgments of Hainan Courts and dozens of her case analyses were published in provincial and municipal journals.

Li Jie, Judge Level-II. She graduated from Northwest University of Political Science and Law with a major in economic law and a master's degree in law from Hainan University. Successively served as judge assistant of Dongfang People's Court, deputy director and director of the office, head of the case-filing division, chief director of the executive bureau. She has been awarded the advanced individual of Hainan court with the personal third-class merit. The civil judgement written by her won the first prize in the civil category of the basic court group of the excellent judgement document of the provincial courts in 2017. And the case-filing division of Dongfang People's Court led by her has been awarded the woman civilization station of Hainan Province.

She successively served as Clerk, Assistant Judge, Judge, and Chief Judge of Hainan Province Dingan County People's Court since 2010. She engaged in intellectual property trials and well experienced in the court-room.

Pan Zhaoyong, Judge Level-II. He graduated in law from the University of Hainan with a bachelor’s degree in law. He has successively served as Clerk, Assistant Judge, Judge, devoted himself to the key task of court execution for a significant amount of time. He was awarded the civil excellence award in the selection of outstanding legal documents. He served as the Judge and the deputy director of Executive Board of Wenchang People’s Court.

Yang Shan, female, Han ethnicity, was born in May 1983 and started her career in February 2006. She holds a postgraduate degree in law and is a judge. Since November 2009, she has been a judge assistant in the Political Department, a judge assistant in the First Criminal Division and a judge in the First Criminal Division of the Haikou Intermediate People's Court of Hainan Province. Since March 2021, she has been a judge in the Hainan Free Trade Port Intellectual Property Court.

Liu Yuanmin, female, Han ethnicity, was born in June 1984 and started her career in July 2010. She holds a postgraduate degree in law and is a judge. She used to work in Hainan Maritime Safety Administration of People’s Republic of China. Since November 2012, she has been a senior staff member in Education and Training Division of Political Department, a senior staff member, a principal staff member, a judge assistant in Personnel and Organization Division of Political Department in the High People’s Court of Hainan Province. Since March 2021, she has been a judge in the High People’s Court of Hainan Province. Since July 2021, she has been a judge in the Hainan Free Trade Port Intellectual Property Court.

Shen Meiping, female, Han ethnicity, was born in December 1979 and started her career in February 2006. She holds a postgraduate degree in law and is a judge. Since March 2010, she has been a judge assistant in the Second Civil Division, a judge assistant in the First Civil Division and a judge in the Second Civil Division of the Second Intermediate People's Court of Hainan Province.Since January 2020, she has been the deputy director of Adjudication Management Office in the Second Intermediate People's Court of Hainan Province. Since March 2021, she has been a member and a judge of the Adjudication Committee in the Hainan Free Trade Port Intellectual Property Court.

She is JSD candidate of City University of Hong Kong. Wang began her legal career in February 2010. She was designated as an assistant judge in 2013 and then a judge in 2015 in the Third Civil Division of the Higher People’s Court of Hainan Province. She is a judge of the First Rank currently .
Zhang Qizhi
Zhang Qizhi was born in May 1975 in Qujing city, Yunnan Province. She studied Law at Southwest University of Political Science and Law, then she continued her study at Hainan University and obtained her master’s degree in Law and MPA of Utah University in the U.S. Zhang began her career in July 1996, working successively in Tropical Agriculture University of South China, then in Research Office, Case-filing Division, the First Criminal Division of the First Intermediate People’s Court of Hainan Province. Zhang was designated as a judge in March 2011 and then joined the Communist Party in December 2011. Judge Zhang was appointed as the deputy chief judge of the First Criminal Division of the First Intermediate People’s Court of Hainan Province in 2013. In 2015, she was appointed as a Senior Judge of the Fourth Rank.
Lu Jinghua
Lu Jinghua was born in February 1981 in Nanjing county, Fujian Province. She majored in Law at Law School of Hainan University and then she continued to study at Hainan University and obtained her master’s degree in law. Lu started her judicial career in 2004, starting in Executive Bureau and then the Second Civil Division of the First Intermediate People’s Court of Hainan Province. In 2015, she was appointed as a judge of the First Intermediate People’s Court of Hainan Province. Judge Lu was designated as a Senior Judge of the Fourth Rank in 2017.
Zhang Linyan
Zhang Linyan was born in August 1983 in Haikou, Hainan Province. She majored in law at China University of Political Science and Law. Then she continued to study at Hainan University and obtained her master’s degree in law. Judge Zhang served in the First Intermediate People’s Court of Hainan Province since February 2006, working successively in the First Civil Division, the Second Civil Division, Trial Supervision Tribunal and Case-filing Division. Judge Zhang was appointed as an assistant judge in February 2012 and a judge in March 2015. In April 2017, she was appointed as a Senior Judge of the Fourth Rank.

Lin Zhen was born in February 1982 in Haikou, Hainan Province. Lin studied International Economic Law at East China University of Political Science and Law and then continued her study in Hainan University and obtained a master’s degree in Law. Judge Lin started her career in February 2006, starting in Executive Bureau, the First Civil Division of the First Intermediate People’s Court of Hainan Province, Case-filing Division of the Higher People’s Court of Hainan Province and the People’s Court of Lin Autonomous County in Linshui. In November 2017, Lin was appointed as a judge of the First Civil Division of the First Intermediate People’s Court of Hainan Province. She was designated as a Senior Judge of the Fourth Rank in October 2018.
Zhang Longjian
Zhang Longjian was born in April 1987 in Cangnan County, Zhejiang Province. He graduated from Hainan University majoring in LLM and obtained his master’s degree in Law. Since October 2010, he has been working in the First Intermediate People’s Court of Hainan Province, starting as a clerk and assistant judge in the First Civil Division, subsequently as a secretary of Leading Party Group in Administrative Department. He was awarded honors of the second-class individual merit twice. In 2015, Zhang was appointed as a judge of the First Criminal Division in the First Intermediate People’s Court of Hainan Province. In October 2018, he was appointed as a Senior Judge of the Fourth Rank.
Bai Yulin
Bai Yulin was born in July 1987 in Xingtai, Hebei Province. She majored in Law at the Law School of China University of Political Science and Law and obtained her bachelor’s degree there. Then Bai continued her study at Hainan University and obtained a master’s degree in Law. Bai started her judicial career in February 2011 and worked in the First Intermediate People’s Court of Hainan Province as a clerk, the secretary of the Leading Party Group, an assistant judge and a judge of the Third Rank. In July 2017, she was appointed as a Judge of the Second Rank.
Long Shujuan
Long Shujuan was born in October 1983 in Huitong county, Hunan Province. Long majored in Law at Hainan University and obtained a master’s degree. Long began her career in August 2006, working successively in the Incorporated Company of Morningstar, the Case-filing Division, the Second Civil Division, Administrative Tribunal of the Second Intermediate People’s Court of Hainan Province. She was appointed as an assistant judge in 2014 and as a judge in 2015. In June 2017, Long was awarded as a Judge of the First Rank.
Huang Xinyu
Huang Xinyu was born in November 1986 in Wanning, Hainan Province. She studied Law at International Economic Law School of the China University of Political Science and Law and then obtained her master’s degree from Hainan University. Judge Huang joined the Communist Party in December 2004. She began her career in September 2008, starting in Yijia Industrial Limited Company of Hainan, and subsequently the First Civil Division, Case-filing Division and Tribunal of Environmental and Natural Resource in the Second Intermediate People’s Court of Hainan Province. Judge Huang was appointed as an assistant judge in March 2014 and a judge in September 2015. In June 2017, she was designated as a Judge of the First Rank.

Liang Jingjing was born in November 1985 in Ankang, Shanxi Province. She majored in Law at Hainan University and obtained a master’s degree there. She started her judicial career at the Second Intermediate People’s Court of Hainan Province in May 2009. She was appointed as a judge in March 2014. Since May 2009, she has served successively in the Trial Supervision Division, the Second Civil Division, the First Civil Division and the Environmental and Natural Resource Division of the Second Intermediate People’s Court of Hainan Province as a clerk and an assistant judge. In September 2015, Liang was appointed as a judge of the Environmental and Natural Resource Division. In June 2017, she was appointed as a Judge of the First Rank.

Hou Zhiping was born in February in Heyang, Shanxi Province. She majored in LLM at Southwest University of Political Science and Law and obtained her master’s degree there. Judge Hou started her judicial career in November 2011 and worked in People’s Court of Chengmai County as a judge’s assistant. From March 2014 to November 2016, she held the post of deputy director of Trial Transaction Office. In July 2014, she was appointed as a judge in the Civil Division of People’s Court of Chengmai County. In November 2016, she was appointed as the deputy chief judge of the Civil Division. Judge Hou was appointed as a Judge of the First Rank in August 2019.
