Luo Jingyi, Judge Level-I. She graduated from North China Electric Power University of law, acquire MPA postgradute degree by Hainan University. She successively served as Clerk, Assistant Judge, Judge, and Chief Judge of Hainan Province Dingan County People's Court since 2010. She engaged in intellectual property trials and well experienced in the court-room.
