Zhou Ling, Judge Level II, Haikou Intermediate People’s Court. Zhou was born in October 1982,in WenChang,Hainan province. She graduated from the Jilin University and obtained an on-job postgraduate degree in law from Hainan University. She successively served as clerk, deputy chief judge and chief judge. Since 2008, she has served as civil and commercial judge and is very experienced in civil and commercial trials.
