Qi Yongjie, deputy presiding judge of No.3 civil court of the Higher People's Court of Hainan, level-4 senior judge, began working from September 1998, undergraduate, worked in Hainan reporter station of the Supreme People's Court, propaganda department of the Higher People's Court of Hainan, Tianya law website, No.2 civil court, case filing court and No.3 civil court successively, participated in in-service senior judge research and studies in Center for Judicial Education and Research of City University of Hong Kong in May 2019.
