The Jurisdiction Scope of  The Second Foreign-related Civil and Commercial Court of Hainan including:

1.1 Trial and execution of the first instance of international civil and commercial cases within Sanya, Dongfang, Wanning, Wuzhishan, Lingshui Li Autonomous County, Baoting Li Autonomous County, Baisha Li Autonomous County and Ledong Li Autonomous County with a litigation matter less than but not equal to 5 billion Chinese Yuan;

1.2 Trial and execution of the first instance of civil and commercial cases related to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan within the jurisdiction areas specified above and with a litigation matter less than but not equal to 5 billion Chinese Yuan；

1.3 Execution of the International commercial mediation and arbitration cases within the jurisdiction scope specified above;
